Unisom SleepTabs Tablets (48 Ct), Sleep-Aid, Doxylamine Succinate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using Unisom SleepTabs and I honestly really like them. The packaging is practical and sturdy, easy to store and carry. The tablets don't really have any flavor, which is great because they're quick to take without any discomfort. They're readily available in pharmacies and stores, so it's easy to find. I find them very convenient because I just take one tablet and that's it, no fuss. They're easy to use: I take one about 30 minutes before bed and they work really well to help me fall asleep.

I took one tablet before bed and fell asleep quick but more important to me was that I was able to stay asleep. I will keep these around for those nights I need them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found the Unisom Sleep tabs to be a dependable option for me when I am transitioning night shift to day shift as I do quite frequently. They help me fall asleep within 30 minutes and stay asleep. Unfortunately I do have some grogginess the next morning but it subsides within an hour or two after I've had my coffee. I appreciate that it's non habit forming so I'm not concerned that I will rely on it daily for help sleeping but I do worry about building a tolerance to it if I did take it regularly.

The size was not overpowering or too large. I did not feel groggy like most other sleep aids. I also did not have any stomach issues after taking these.

In the morning I didn't notice any additional grogginess compared to a normal morning and I had no issue hearing my alarm. The packaging was easy to open but still child proof

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a complimentary bottle of Unisom Sleep Tabs in exchange for my honest opinion. These come in a small easy to swallow tablet. I noticed no nausea or stomach issues after taking these. I’m able to fall asleep in around 30 minutes and stay sleep all night. The one thing I don’t like is the slight grogginess feeling in the morning when you start taking these, that does subside with continued use.

Like I said everyone is different so judge for yourself. I usually have a very hard time falling asleep so I guess these were a bit helpful.

They are uncoated, and the instructions suggest taking them 30 minutes before bed. While the size is a huge plus, especially for those who hate taking large pills. I found that it took me a bit longer than expected to actually fall asleep. Additionally, I struggled to stay asleep throughout the entire night. They might work better for someone who just needs a little help towards sleep.
