[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using Unisom SleepTabs and I honestly really like them. The packaging is practical and sturdy, easy to store and carry. The tablets don't really have any flavor, which is great because they're quick to take without any discomfort. They're readily available in pharmacies and stores, so it's easy to find. I find them very convenient because I just take one tablet and that's it, no fuss. They're easy to use: I take one about 30 minutes before bed and they work really well to help me fall asleep.

Unisom Sleep Tabs definitely delivered! I followed the directions to take approximately a half hour before going to sleep. I felt like it took me about an hour to fall asleep after talking. Once I was sleeping I was sleeping! It was a wonderful nights rest and I felt refreshed in the morning! The pills are small and easy to swallow with no taste or aroma. The bottle is childproof but easy to open for adults. I will definitely be making Unisom part of my nightly routine and I highly recommend checking it out if you struggle with sleep.

I didn’t know I needed these but I’m so happy I have them!

The size was not overpowering or too large. I did not feel groggy like most other sleep aids. I also did not have any stomach issues after taking these.

I went to bed 8-9 hours before I had to get up before trying the product and I woke up pleasantly surprised. I not only fell asleep faster but I was able to stay asleep. This product does not have a smell and I did not experience any side effects.

If you are only having trouble falling asleep, then these are a good option - no drowziness. But if you need help staying asleep, these might not be the best choice.

In the morning I didn't notice any additional grogginess compared to a normal morning and I had no issue hearing my alarm. The packaging was easy to open but still child proof

I noticed no nausea or stomach issues after taking these. I’m able to fall asleep in around 30 minutes and stay sleep all night. The one thing I don’t like is the slight grogginess feeling in the morning when you start taking these, that does subside with continued use.

They are uncoated, and the instructions suggest taking them 30 minutes before bed. While the size is a huge plus, especially for those who hate taking large pills. I found that it took me a bit longer than expected to actually fall asleep. Additionally, I struggled to stay asleep throughout the entire night. They might work better for someone who just needs a little help towards sleep.
