It has different massage functions that you can select by pressing the power button. The temperature can also be controlled by a button, and there are a variety of songs to choose from. This massager really relieved my dry eyes from sitting in front of a computer screen for a long time. I noticed that my eyes are not as red or dry as before. It has so many features, from the physical massage pads that manipulate facial tissue, to the sounds and even the heating function, this little device is very versatile. It's also very lightweight and can fit almost anyone. It comes with an adjustable shoulder strap, but the device itself is actually quite large. The battery life is great and it's quiet. This is a great product at a great price and would even make a great gift, highly recommended.

The only downside is that the light of the massager will reflect if used during sleep, and the sound of the massager may disturb your partner.

give this product a 5. It was such a timely purchase as I have been having migraines this week and my eyes are sore from staring at a computer screen for 9 hours a day at work. It is so easy to use, I just place the massager on my head, press the power button and it works its magic. I get my eyes and temples massaged and warmed up, which feels very nice and relaxing. The auto-play feature makes me feel soothed and like I am at a spa receiving a facial massage. Highly recommend this product, especially for a holiday gift!

My son is having unexplained eye pain and this helps when the pain comes. Only Negative to report is the massage seems intermittent and not continuous also it needs to have a more intense option but for the price it's worth buying

It does not have Bluetooth on this one. The vibrations are strong but the heat feels good.
