Universal Adjustable Car Mount Gooseneck Cup Holder Cradle for Cell Phone Black

Great product. Base adjusts to cup holder size by twisting it either clockwise or counterclockwise. The neck part is a bit stiff but it's ok because it will hold the weight of most phones. Phone can be turned in any direction/orientation. The part where the phone goes has a button that will expand the “arms” to the width of the phone then you can squeeze the arms back to secure the phone. Mine did not come with instructions. Comes in 2 parts, the phone holder, and the neck w/base. To attach the phone holder, unscrew the screw from the back of the phone holder and slide it into the neck. Then push the ball at the end of the neck into the back of the phone base. Slide the screw back to its original place to secure both parts together. (See pics). Definitely recommend specially for the price.

Defective or missing parts. There is nothing to attach a round ball to the square hole on the part that holds the phone.
