The best price on these is at Walmart. Ideally I wanted grey colored ones to match the pavement better but they cost a lot more. My car port has a slight incline to the street so I always had to use the parking brake. NOW I don't need to bother! Really convenient and a time saver compared to waiting for my electronic parking brake motor to activate/deactivate. For very slight or no inclines, a single pad will be enough because the bump is about an inch high and you have to push pretty hard on the vehicle to roll it over that smaller bump by hand. Only heavy storm winds could push my EV over the bump and I can set the brake if that is a possibility. The higher bump with reflector is the stop, it will stop you as long as you only use idle speed and no accelerator to meet it. So much nicer than blocks of wood! The adhesive is tenacious and just one of the three strips is enough to hold the mat in place for my needs. Instructions warn that the black sticky glue used on the adhesive strips is VERY tough and permanent, removing the adhesive residue from concrete would be a lot of work. If that concerns you, just use four dabs of silicone rubber glue under the mat corners and let it dry a day before use. Or... just peel a little bit of the adhesive's wax paper covers off so you only expose an inch of the adhesive on each end, easier to clean up and more removable. A different vehicle may need a different location for the mats. I did buy two of these mats, the other one is perfect for holding my 170 pound solar powered trike with bicycle wheels in the right spot. I finally got rid of those bothersome long 1x2 inch wood pieces that tended to to shift around too much and they collected blowing leaves. These mats could be a tripping hazard for people who are not aware they are there so consider all the angles for your application. Finally, I will remind you that your tire width determines how easy it will be to line up right as you park on these mats. Small cars with sensible tire width will leave play for you to veer to either side of the mat's dead center by several inches. Wide tires will be harder to precisely fit on the mats.

This is a great item! My garage is very tight, and I always seem to park too far up or back. With this parking mat in place, I can park my car in the exact spot it needs to be. I slowly pull into the garage until my front left tire goes over the first bump and then immediately put the car in park. I only need one tire in place to know I'm in the right spot.

These car stopper mats are made of a durable rubber material. I like that the label peeled off easily, so it looked clean and black for use. The smaller bump is just slightly noticeable as you drive over it, but the stop bar is definitely apparent. The mat comes with an adhesive backing, but with our epoxy garage floor, these mats did not shift position and the adhesive was not necessary.

This garage parking mat is just what I needed. I have made a dent in our garage wall before buying this item because I got too close to the wall before stopping. Now I know exactly when to stop based on when my wheel hits this mat. Highly recommended.

They were easy to install and they work very well. However, they slid about 6 inches from where we first installed them. We cannot get them up to move them, and it left gross glue on our garage floor. except for the fact that the car goes 6 inches further into the garage than it should, they work fine

Great idea, but not sure about it as it moves on the floor even though it was stuck down with the adhesive strip that came on it. I now have a black sticky mess on the garage floor to clean up. Maybe I pulled in too fast?

I purchased this to help park our car in the garage. I placed it on the floor to know when to stop so that I still had space in front but had space to close the door. Driving over it went well. The sticky tape should work well in most temperatures but it is not in the deep south. So I had to adhere it differently. Still happy with it stopping car where it needs to be.

These probably work ok, but I was expecting the tire stop to be attached to a heavy rubber base to stay in place. The base is a hard molded plastic, which will slide around if not anchored. They have provisions to screw them to the floor and adhesive strips, but these prevent easy removal for sweeping or mopping the floor. I returned them.
