This remote is a quality item that will survive a lot of abuse. My last one was not bothered by the constant dropping that happened. It survived being tossed across the room. It did not however survive being chewed up by my dog. This is a good product

Everything is good with this remote except I didn't check all the buttons closely enough to realize this remote doesn't have the “guide” button for my model of LG tv. This one has “settings” in place of guide. The guide is important for looking up channels shows and times.

I was initially upset because it came with absolutely no instructions, nor batteries. I initiated a refund before checking the reviews. After reading a review claiming that the remote was already programmed to their tv, I installed batteries and pushed the ppwer button. IT WORKED!!! Like OMG, i literary had the remote almost a week. lol. So happy I read your revoew!

This remote works so much better then the brand new on that came with my new "smart" TV, because it uses manual selected arrows to change directions. The factory provided one is a point and click and if someone is the least bit shaking the pointer lands on the wrong selection

I bought this remote because the new LG remotes don't come with numbers or source buttons on it. I've always used this remote from the start and I love it. The price was great too.

Getting a universal remote that immediately works has been a real problem in the past, but not with this one. I was impressed. I installed the batteries, aimed it at the tv and it turned it on the first time............impressive.

remote works great just the back battery covers slides very easy so sometimes it slides off while using otherwise def recc esp for the price and was delivered very quickly

I had ordered three other items that were mysteriously canceled with no explanation. I have spent thousands of dollars at Walmart. Com. Suddenly I am being limited to what I can buy? If that's the case you guys can go screw yourselves. There are an abundance of websites I can spend my money on if my money isn't good enough for the Waltons.

I placed an order for a LG TV compatible remote. The remote pictured is the exact one I needed, but not the one I received. In place of it I received a Samsung remote, which is not compatible. It also took a week and a half longer to arrive than originally stated. I did receive a refund right away when requested.

This is the worst remote. Material cheap plastic. Battery compartment back will not stay on. This is the third remote I have purchased for my LG tv. Actually I will not buy another LG tb either.
