Tastes great and I can tell the difference. Only downside is my hands are too big for the container. I don't think I have big hands either.

I got the watermelon flavor, creatine has been a great add to my supplements. I feel myself able to push harder when I'm at the gym, (maybe it's placebo but either way it's attributed to the creatine so it's doing the trick) and I've tacked on about 5 lbs from the extra water my body is holding. My only complaint is that it's a pretty sweet, so I find myself having to mix with much more water than the directions recommend....more water isn't a bad thing though. I also wish it didn't have red dye #40 in it. I'll likely be switching back to unflavored rather than consuming more red dye, too bad because I want Animals extra proprietary stuff that's in the XL.

Have yet to see any gains but will continue its use
