If you're anything like me, you probably take too much caffeine in your pre-workout compared to any average person. Feeling wired and not being able to sleep when you desperately want to is infuriating, and I blame my pre-workout for that. This completely turned that around for me. I take it about half an hour before getting ready for bed and by the time my head hits the pillow, I'm already drifting off. It's not an insomnia medication, it won't put you asleep; it just lets your body actually send those signals and get the desired reaction. If you gassed it at the gym, this lets you utilize that exhaustion the right way.

After taking this for a few night I noticed I wake up feeling good, even when I have to start my day super earlier than normal for work I still feel good and can pop right out of bed. That definitely isn't normal, at least feeling decent while doing it. None of the pills are huge and you can take 2-3 in a swallow. After a little while you just feel so relaxed and like you can either stay up and just be relaxed or easily nod out. It's not forced or anything. Overall I wasn't exactly looking for this product but figured I'd give it a try with some bundle savings and I'm actually really happy I got it.

Solid sleep, I work in the trades, plus I am an avid lifter so I am always looking for recovery options to help me out. From a sleep standpoint, this product does work well. I also do feel less sore in the mornings while taking this. I am on my 4th or 5th can of it now!
