Weekdays, 5 days , sports days . i used it half an hour before sports for 1 month. 20 packs in total. I gained both an energy boost and a large volume. The energy effect decreased after 15 days of use. I didn't use it after 1 month ( 20 packs). after 2 weeks, the volume in my body began to decrease. My body has lost about 10% volume. But I am satisfied with the product. I'll buy again.

I am over two weeks in and definitely feeling it. I am stacking it with the creatine chewables plus the pre workout fury. This, "with the exception of PAK" is the best product in their line. Hands down. Although the createin could be improved with 2 more grams and the amount of PUMP inducing ingredients. Over all. Perfect. The best part is the stims. Absolutely love that you can remove the red pill. The stim in this is the absolute best. Not too much. Not too little. Smooth energy with no crash. If they ever improve the product I pray that the keep the stim pill the same. No improvement necessary. I even remove it and save them in case I need a boost at different times.

I have been alternating stacking Animal M-Stak with Animal Pump, and stacking Animal Stake with Animal Test. I am currently striving for the drug-tested 242 class world record squat. These products have made a noticeable difference in my training. Attached is a 755 lb squat. Another goal of mine is to someday squat in the Animal Cage.

Animal pump is a great product that works as advertised.

The energy is balanced, focused and without jitters. I really like it because it provides long lasting energy without burnout. The only thing keeping it from being 5 stars is the added food coloring.
