Universal Pictures’ Wicked: For Good Dorothy Gale Doll with Movie-Inspired Outfit [Walmart Exclusive]

i love wizard of oz and judy garland from that era. this doll doesnt resemble the original dorthy. she is depicting characters from the new WICKED movie franchise... which i dont follow so i dont know how accurate she is. nonetheless, i collect barbies and needed to have her face sculpt in my collection. her hair is thick, rooted saran in 2 large braids. a full head of hair that can be unraveled and restyled. her hands are larger than standard barbie, but it can be swapped with other doll hands. the feet are humongous and heeled. but unless you have a stash of extra large doll shoes, her feet won't fit into standard barbie shoes. for this reason i thought about swapping her onto a barbie body, there are some options available but i also like her body sculpt and decided to keep her as is for a while. the body size is similar to barbie, they can share clothes. but the sculpt of the body is different. overall she is pretty, can be posed easily and ideal for display or play. im glad i got her.

This Dorothy Gale Barbie from Wicked: For Good is the perfect addition to my Wizard of Oz/Wicked collection. She is packaged beautifully with a little Toto dog and basket. My only gripe with Mattel is that Toto does not fit inside Dorothy's basket. I also would have liked her to have the traditional blue socks, but not a dealbreaker. I purchased 2 of these dolls, one for myself as a collector, and one for my daughter to play with.

My niece loved this for Christmas. It was a hard to find item, but I found it at a great price. She loved Dorothy along with the other dolls in the collection.

Purchased for my great granddaughter for a keepsake. She loves it but not happy that she is not allowed to play with it. She is 4

If you're a Wicked and/or Oz fan, this Dorothy doll will make a fun addition to your collection. I just wish it came with a stand like some of the others do. I was able to make her stand on her own for my display though.

This is the first time I ordered for delivery online at Walmart. My experience has been good. I haven't received my order yet due to weather but that's understandable.

This is a must have addition to the dl collection! She is a very pretty doll, if you're collecting the dolls this is a great addition. If you're playing with it or setting up scenes , she adds to the play story 🙂

Very nice for the price….. material is about on par for what we have gotten the last decade or so, not the cheapest fabric, not too bad. Well done, articulation and accessories are nice.

I got this for my daughter and the main thing she was disappointed about was the dog does not fit in the basket. so if you were hoping to have a Toto in a basket, this is not the Dorothy set for you.

I was super excited to see the inclusion of Dorothy in the Wicked dolls, though I love the way she looks, the dress feels like PAPER and is made of this plasticy fake “fabric”.. and the overall quality isn't very good for the price. Besides those issues she still is a nice addition to a Wicked or Wizard of Oz collection and kids will love to have her!
