Highly recommended!
It replaced an earlier Universal Remote (model MX-450), which lasted almost 10 years. Working great so far and it's good to know that if the remote does "crash" for any reason, this model can be re-programmed based on the original saved settings.

TV remote
Great remote for our TV system. Easy to operate and buttons are larger for arthritic fingers. Delivery was on time.

The remote by itself is working great, it is easy to work with all the options. The main problem is that it is impossible to be program for you or any home theater installer because you need a prosessional software and training. It is shown on the box. I called URC and they provided me 3 phone numbers of certified techs that could program the remote, two of them did not want to do it because they only program the items they sell, the third one charged $125 per hour. He did a great job.
