Reliant Supplies is not an authorized dealer.
My MX-990 remote control I purchased at Walmart was supplied by Reliant Supplies. The item has to be programed by an expert at a home theater company, which I expected. The problem was that the unit was faulty and needed to be replaced. Called the customer support number at URC the maker of the product. They said that Reliant Supplies is not an authorized dealer and therefore the one year warranty does not apply. After going to corporate and complaining they agreed to replace the unit. Walmart should ONLY deal with authorized dealers.
