I bought a Samsung Plus big screen (70 inch) TV in 2014 and the volume button quit working on the remote control. I changed the batteries and it still did not work. I called Samsung and got the parts department and they had the exact remote control for $34.95 plus $11.00 for shipping and handling. I told them I would buy the universal remote just like mine for $9..95. I ordered mine and found out all I had to do was turn off the TV for five minutes and turn it back on and the volume worked. Samsung could have told me that. So the universal remote I got from Wal-Mart works perfectly. So ahead and buy one.

Our Samsung remote wasn't working well after years of use so we tried one of these and it worked perfect and a lot easier than the old one. Worked so good that we ordered another one so we both have our own and they work great! Would definitely recommend as a replacement.

In less than a 5 seconds I was connected to the television I had no problem, it works perfectly. but it does not have the small dots. which help to guide you in the control without looking

this is much easier than the remote that comes with a TV. it has all the buttons that we need and easy to find. adding one more to the pile for Grandpa just makes it a little more confusing and one more time we have to make a visit to see him.

This is the exact remote that originally came with my Samsung TV. Worked immediately with tv without programming the remote as some as I put batteries in. (Batteries not included). It was priced less than the universal remote I had previously purchased to replace original remote that was damaged and work substantially better. I'm not have to reprogram every few days and am able to access all features.

I didn't have to key in any codes, or characters, or anything - just placed batteries in the remote, pointed it at the TV and started using it. There is a slight lag in commands being carried out, but other than that, I am happy to have a remote that works with my TV so well.

This remote was easy to set up and works pretty well. It provides a good selection of buttons to help navigate the channels and apps. However, sometimes you really have to aim the remote at the TV so it gets a good signal. It's not a deal breaker, just slightly inconvenient at times. Overall, I'm pleased with the product.

it works well but has design flaws. It functions but is tooooo small. That makes the buttons toooo crowded together. A grown American man would have difficulty holding and using this unit due to its diminutive overall size and tiny buttons. If books can be written in larger text... why can't remotes come in larger size or even in 2 sizes??

I ordered a new remote because the last one wasn't working correctly and now this new one is not working correctly .. so, I do not recommend it by any means. Order something else instead

I don't know before you can write something you've got to receive it I don't know where they delivered it but it wasn't to me they give me a picture saying it was delivered picture does not look anything like my home I like to know where my package is
