I definitely recommend this picture. It has a excellent cast Fred MacMurray, Barbara Stanwyck, Edward G Robinson. The picture will leave you in suspense.

if you like old movies this is one of the greats! it was up for quite a few academy awards. I've came across this on Walmart.com at a great price and it also had English subtitles which you didn't really need because they spoke very clearly in those days!

Classic film noir movie. Well written and directed. Oscar worthy performance by Fred McMurray...very pleasantly surprised he could play a cold blooded, "sexy" villain! Buy it and you won't be disappointed. :)

Item came quickly and as described

This is one of my favorite classic film noir. The studio used some of the best actors in their contract players. People who later became famous. Fred Mcmurry, Barbara Stanwick, and Edgar G. Robinson. The plot was a little thin in comparison to later film noir movies but this was my first film of the “dark” movies and so I jumped at the chance to own it. The tension between Stanwick and Macmurry was at times particularly intense. The character played by Edgar G. Robinson was the perfect foil to Stanwick and Mcmurry. Like I said this is a movie that I have fond memories of and I love the fact that it's mine now!
