This tripod mount is a great value for the money, simple and well-made, fits my iPad Air well, everything I was hoping for. It is plastic, so it is very slightly flexible, not rock-rigid. I am using the 3-second timer on the iPad when I take a picture with the mount so I don't have to worry about any vibration when I tap to take the picture. It is not sold as a handle, but it makes a convenient way to hold the iPad as well.

I used this for the first time today with high school students to hold an IPAD air 2. It worked great and far cheaper than the other one we had purchased in the past.

We have a 10" tablet that we wanted to use for hands free online Zoom. Works well with our tripod and hold and releases the tablet easy. And the mount was well worth the price.

After months of juggling my tablet on boxes or stacks of books for Zoom meetings, finally saw this and it is great! Attached easily to a small tripod I had and perfect to get just the right angle and heighth. I did have to remove the cover from my tablet because it was a folio style and too thick to fit, but not a deal breaker for me. It's sturdy enough to be able to allow you to tap on the screen without being wobbly. I did have to put the tablet a bit off center to allow access to the side buttons but still very secure. I have an 8 inch tablet. Nice padding prevents scratching on devices. Great product great price!

I got this universal table tripod mount (device case holder) for my Samsung 7" Tab A. It fits nicely and it stays sturdy. The nice thing is this tablet holder could stand on its own on a sturdy surface like a desk, table without having to use a tripod stand or I could use a tripod stand like it was shown in product image to take selfie or just to surf, read, etc. There's a thick foam backing to protect the back of the tablet. There is a knob on the back to turn clockwise to lock it or counterclockwise to unlock to protect the tablet from falling off/sliding out. I could pull it down or up to expand the case holder to fit the device. It's very easy to use with instructions shown on the back of the case holder. It's a great and sturdy product holding the device tightly and I highly recommend it.

This Acuvar mount attaches to a standard tripod directly and securely. It works only in landscape mode for tablets and iPads taller than seven inches high. This cushioned mount proved acceptable for me, since I only use it landscape mode. The lock in the back should be firmly tightened by hand, so the tablet does not slip if you accidentally bump it.

Most people have a case for their ipad, right? If you do, then note that you have to peel off the small pads on this tripod mount to get the ipad to fit snugly inside the brackets. Also didn't appreciate the enclosed solicitation for a "free gift" in exchange for giving out my email.
