I'm disabled so when I first tried to set it up it didn't work. Then I set it up after a few tries and it works just fine. I realized I don't have a smart TV with a guide. I bought this used TV at a thrift shop. I'm glad I got more bang for my buck when I got this remote.

I'm so happy and satisfied with this purchase 💗. Having an older television it was difficult finding a universal remote that wasn't for smart television sets. I'm so grateful to have found this one. So affordable and easy to set up. I absolutely love it!

The remote works excellent on my sharp TV. I am very pleased with it very easy to use. It's only 2 easy steps when you complete step 1 which I cant recall at the moment than you just have add the code from the code sheet you receive with your remote that corresponds with your TV and then that's it and it just works perfectly. I'm very pleased. I want to thank the seller for this product and thank Walmart for posting it on their website.

This is a light weight little remote. I had to enter codes to get it to work with my TV (it's an older TV) and I could not get it to work by just by pressing the type of TV. There was some button that I was looking for and could not find on here, but I can't remember what the button was for. The only thing that's lacking that bothers me about this is it has buttons for play, fast forward, etc., but no documentation about how to pair it with your dvd player or streaming device.

I needed a remote because mine was lost during a move. This was a waste because you can only use it for volume and not to turn the channels or work the T.V. It's bothersome to have to use two remote! So I do not recommend purchasing this product! I'd rather have one remote that does it all!

The product didn't arrive in its original packaging which gave me the impression it was a resale. So it should've been marked down considerably since it was used. Besides that, the instructions/user manual was a bit vague and lacking detail on programing multiple devices. As such it doesn't really function as a "UNIVERSAL" remote so much as a remote you can program to use for a singular device but not multiple devices at a time - the way most universal remotes do. It works for my TV well enough, but while it seemed to recognize my other devices/DVD, HDMI input, etc. It wouldn't switch between devices and the function buttons to play/pause/rewind/skip didn't work. Instead it would kick me out of my input channel and force the TV to reload. All in all not very happy with it. Wouldn't really recommend it as it feels like just another piece of junk to add to the trash pile. Better off getting something name brand and not second hand knock off like this thing .

I may have been scammed. The remote came in a paper envelope with direction look like they were printed on an ink jet. No directions on controlling devices beside the TV. I bought a RCA 3 device remote on Amazon. RCA remote is great and easy to program.

It was ridiculously easy to connect to the TV. Push one button. The buttons were uncomfortably hard to push from the beginning. I thought they'd loosen with use. Instead, they just quit working. The input button won't do anything. The OK button brings up component and no other button does anything with that. Volume works. Now I'm up to 3 remotes instead of down to two.

I really wished that the remote was going to work so that my family out of town for the Xmas holiday would be able to watch the other TV in the living room however I could never gain access in the settings of the remote it wasn't a great Xmas as I wanted it to 5

This item is the cheapest item I've ever seen. It must weigh 1 ounce none of the buttons work. It didn't come with batteries. I threw the packaging away so now I'm stuck with an item that does not work….it. At least it was nine dollars. I'll order a new one on Amazon. Extremely disappointed I will never order from this company again.
