Simple Design/Easy-to-Use
I love this remote! The keys are so simple and intuitive. It's truly refreshing, compared to my old remote with a thousand buttons. I will add that opening it to install the batteries is a challenge. I had to use my rubber jar opener to get the back off. If the manufacturer can't change the design, then they need to include an opener in the package.

Absolute deal and works out of the box
Worked perfectly out of the box. Only difficulty was opening to put in batteries! Great for the price. Didn't have to "sync" it up or jump through hoops. Just worked

The buttons worked great. I had bought a similar remote and the button functionality was terrible. I threw out the remote as soon as I got this one.

SO EASY!
I literally took it out of the box, put in batteries and it worked perfectly. No programming. No entering codes. Nothing. I was able to stop using the original remote that has 811 buttons. Got all I need with this!!

Great remote product
My husband %26 I had been waiting for this remote. It came in just 3 days. It works wonderfully %26 my non tech hubby went into settings %26 updated software %26 got his channels %26 it was good to go. Thank You!

Better then Amazon.
T V remote works great! Better then what I got from Amazon. I stopped shopping on Amazon, as it seems like its all second hand stuff. I will be checking at Walmart next time I need something I cant find local.

The volume/sound feature only functions occasionally. Springs in battery area are place incorrectly. Probably the problem? I used 2 new sets if AA batteries. Sucks
