GREAT PRODUCT
I have used this everyday for several years. It is well made, durable and looks great. Very functional and gives a professional appearance in front of customers and other business professionals. It is not leather (gives a leather appearance), reasonably priced.

The leather isn't the best, but for $10.00, it's a bargain! Solid, includes pad, well made.

Universal Leather-Look Pad Folio UNV32660
Was looking for a simple pad folio to take to on-site architectural jobs for building inspection, punch list, pay apps, contract admin. Needed the front cover to fold back 180 degrees. This folder will do that if you "train" it in the box in which received. Will be taking on-site in the next few weeks to see how it performs. Upon initial inspection, should do the job.
