It's ok voice communication doesn't work it really not that great

I couldn't pair my Samsung smart TV with this remote. So either my TV isn't smart enough, or it's the wrong remote . Unfortunately it only comes with a card that tells you what 2 buttons to press together at same time to pair .. Either it's a defect and I'll order another one and send this one back.. to be continued !

We have a 2019 Samsung Q-70 smart TV. The original remote that it came with was great and lasted for several years. After that, I tried a number of remotes, but none seemed to last. I thought this remote would be a good choice to try. The first night, it seemed to work OK. However, after using it a couple of nights, I find that a number of the buttons including the select, up and down, and side to side buttons usually require more than one press to actually get them to work. I don't know if it's just this remote , but I suspect like so many of these non OEM remotes, they are cheaply made internally.
