This Astonishing Samsung Galaxy Flip 4 is the latest addition to my Samsung collection. Its a sleek, stylish and beautiful flip phone but with a full screen unlike any other flip phone, with compact body, a slimmer hinge, so perfect for pocket and for better grip. Its light weight only 187grams. The hinge is caged in lightweight aluminium armour, and the front and back covers are made up of gorilla glass , which makes this phone scratch and water resistant, compact and highly durable. It is one of the fastest phones I have ever used from starting the device for the first time to copying all the data and downloading all the apps on my phone it took less then 15 minutes. It has super fast charging and a really impressive battery life with the charge lasting all day long even with heavy Internet usage, video calling, watching movies or playing games. It also supports powershare so you can easily charge your ear buds or share charge with a friend. It has 2 x 12 MP rear camera as well 10 MP front camera resulting in super clear pictures which can be shot at any angle. It's crisp and very clear camera can turn anyone into professional photographer and helps to save your memories into beautiful pictures . It is the ideal phone which supports all the newest features wether it's for taking pictures, making vlogs, chatting or video calling friends and family . When the phone is unfolded to any angle of your choice the main screen turns into flex mode giving you more controls over your apps, or to play or pause the music or videos. It has a smart 1.9inch cover screen which gives you even more control and information. You can personalise it according to your needs adding weather app, messages or whatever you may need. You can also check notifications on the smart cover screen and even reply to them without needing to unfold the screen. This mobile has everything I need for work as well as personal use. It is quick, responsive and very fast making day to day tasks easier and quicker. It is also compatible and connects with my Samsung active watch 4 as well as galaxy buds 2 Pro. This is the first time I have ever used a flip phone and if I have to describe it in one word it has to be "Impressive". Over all I will rate it 5/5 and highly recommend it.

Life long apple customer and bored of buying the same phone everytime. Samsung have done a good job here! I tranferred over with ease really. Yes it could always be simpler but it wasn't as hard as I thought, and everything is pretty much the same from my iphone. I'm glad I made the change!!

This phone is so great and compact that it's also cut my stress down to half. I love having more space on my desk whilst I work from home, the cover screen is super useful and means I don't have to constantly be on my phone. It fits in my pockets easier and I have small hands so it's easier for me to carry. I like using the phone in flex mode so I can take hands free selfies. Its amazing.

Bought the Flip 4 new at launch. After nearly 6 months of use im still finding new features. Battery life with moderate/high use is about a day which is an improvement over the Flip 3, also taking in to account the size of the phone/battery it is decent. The phone definitely feels and looks premium, I use without a case and have dropped it maybe 4 times with no issues which says a lot about the build quality. I like how it doesnt take up so much room in my pocket as my previous phone. One downside i would mention is certain apps are not designed to work with the phone, for example tik tok videos are cropped. I would think this would be optimised in the future as more people become users of Flip phones

I have been using Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4 5G Smartphone for a few weeks and I would say I am quite satisfied in general. The flipping feature is really impressive for me; it seems pretty good so far, but it is a little bit noticeable. It saves a lot of space in my bag and pocket with its tiny size once it is flipped. It has two cameras at the back and one at the front, which take high quality videos and photos. The fact that I can divide the screen while on video call is very convenient for me. It is thin with a modern design; I would recommend it especially to anyone who wants a stylish smartphone. I am happy with the battery life and the sound quality. No issues so far, other than difficulty with face recognition. I would say one disadvantage is the price.

The phone is not too heavy and looks great. No blooming glass in the back. Possibly a bit too narrow. Not features beyond folding worth mentionin. Wish it had a stylus. Front screen disappointing for notifications. CHARGING ISSUES AFTER 5 DAYS, NIGHTMARE TO RECEIVE REPLACEMENT. Aftersale service is so bad that I wouldn't risk my money to spend with them again.

I ordered a Blue/Blue/Gold and it came with damaged screen cover. I contacted Samsung and was told to send everything back for replacement and I will get a new one and to send the trade-in back too as it expires within 7 days. I contacted them a few days later and was told that it has been returned for a refund. I have lost my offers and my returned phone could be scrapped and to buy a new phone from scratch (meaning I won't get offers) She said ' nothing we can do'! So I have to order a new one as my trade-in is stuck with them. :-(

So this is fun at the start but a couple of uses in you realise how bad the camera is. Then less then 8 months in bubbles appear on the middle of the screen at the bend.. I am hoping that it will be repaired under warranty but struggling to get a clear answer from Samsung. I've been sent to an EE store only to be told I'll be charged under warranty, first because I'm not with EE but Samsung say they should repair there, then because parts arent avialable there will be delays, also told rule of thumb is thay any nicks or stratches even if un releated will result in them saying its not covered. Morning wasted. Still hoping for Samsung to do the right thing as clearly a design fault with thier screen protector.

Such a shame because I love this phone but unfortunately the screen is starting to split within a year. Well before that, in fact within the first month, the tiny little rubber mounts at the corner of the screen came off. I went back to samsung and all the guy did was abuse my phone by folding and unfolding it about 50 times, then told me a repair would take a month and I may be charged! I left thinking it was all a joke!

Initially I loved the phone unfortunately after 6 months of very careful ownership a dead pixel appeared in the fold of the phone. I sent it off for a warranty repair which they refused stating "impact damage" which wasn't there before it was sent off. I even provided photos of the phone which I had taken before it was collected and they are still refusing the repair.
