I love that this phone has a physical keyboard and is dual sim phone. I have a legacy talk and text plan but no data and so with this dual sim, I can add a data sim to use the internet browser on the phone to view websites and to access my web based email account. The phone also has some social media apps on it as well. This phone also records FM radio which is nice because not a lot phones allow you to record FM radio without an app. There is also a function to record phone conversations. The only negative is if you wanted to use 2 sim cards and also us a micro sd card. If you want to use a micro sd card than you would only be able to use 1 sim card. I just want to use this phone to call/text, view emails, browse the internet and take a few photos so not being able to use a micro sd card doesn't bother me. There is enough phone memory to take some pictures and when the phone memory is filled up than you can move the photos to your computer.

There is no outer screen and the apps are useful. There are no Nokia apps and sprint service does not work good on this device. Live focus does not exist on this product.

4G Lte service on T-Mobile worked well. It has decent sound quality for phone calls, but the texting system is individual message based instrad of in threads like most modern operating systems offer. If you're looking for a dumb phone with a qwerty keyboard to help cut distractions, this may be a good option for you. However, for a little more money, you're likely to find a much better unit. They keyboard seems fine - it took some fiddling to learn the key functions (how to get symbols and such without popping the menu up). I've got kind of big thumbs and had no issue using the smaller keyboard. The key caps are distinct enough to feel individual buttons. Its plastic and made with inexpensive materials and you can tell. But like I said, it's a decent little rig if you're looking for something simple and relatively easy to use. I do like the clamshell design. It serves a good purpose - it helps keep dust and debris out of the keys and protects the screen. It won't be my daily driver but I'm glad to have it as a backup unit or for international travel. It'd be great to have to pop a SIM card in and function easily outside of the US.

I love the size of this phone and the simplicity of using it strictly as a phone. It's absolutely adorable and feels perfect for basic calling and texting. I could definitely see this being a great “first phone” for a daughter or younger user. However, I was severely disappointed that I could not use Wi-Fi to access the internet the way I expected. To use many features, the phone required active service and a microSD card installation. I was hoping to connect to Wi-Fi and download apps like WhatsApp and YouTube Music, but unfortunately, that was not possible. For me, getting an unlimited service plan just to access the features I wanted was not financially viable, so I will be returning it. That said, if you are simply looking for a cute, compact phone for calls and basic texting, this phone does that very well. Size of a standard Post It!

camera quality was trash, phone was very cheaply made. felt more like plastic toy than real phone. battery life was decent for a phone. full keyboard was great though!

i verified that this phone would work with ourcarrier by the IMEI number but despite the very helpful customer service by our cell phone provider it would not work. when i tried to call unnecto customer service there as no answer and they didnt get back to me. i wanted to like this phone but it was a headache.

This phone is not made well and they dont honor replacements or refunds unless pay out of pocket to return it. After 3 Months of use the Screen became pixelated and unusable, The FM radio stopped working along with software in the phone (AI and Weather app) all other software was glitchy and constantly crashed. The unit arrived "new" with the left speaker already broken and the hinges on the cases closing doesnt work well. A SD card always shows on the screen for no apparent reason. Sending messages is irritating with no way to auto capitalize and typing on a small keyboard isnt practical for everyday use. It opens a screen for every individual message sent or recieved seperately. Watching videos with the cloud Software is at a 240-360 rate that slows down every 5-10 seconds. You cannot open any website with the browser because they failed to install any real ram or memory for it. The phone has no headphone jack and cant connect to anything for audio. Not everyone uses bluetooth. Theres no WIFI connection either. Even with a sd card it cannot play videos or view half of photos. The camera is very low quality. Apps do not work half of the time and crash. The back housing is not sealed and is cheaply made glued on the back. The hinges on the phone dont close easy. Its to cheaply made and doesnt function the way they advertised it to.

this phone is a joke. the os is half put together, nothing is organized properly. the keyboard is horrid as well.
