I love this little chainsaw so much that i purchased this one as a gift for my 94 yo Dad. He loves the convenience of not having to pull an electrical cord all over the yard to cut branches and small trees. The batteries lasted approximately an hour which was just the right amount of time for him to work and then rest. Recharging was easy, just plug and wait, but I love the fact that it comes with 2 batteries.

This is a great little tool, I've been very happy with everything I've been able to accomplish with it. It came packaged well , came with two batteries. The batteries hold a pretty good charge. The only thing I would say is that the motor gets hot fairly quickly and you have to let it cool down before you can use it again.. but overall it's a really good deal !!!

Shipping was excellent. The mini chainsaw is a dream to use. The batter life is unbelievable.i used it to trim three large bushes/small tree and the battery is still working great and 4 dots across. My only concern, is that a novice chainsaw user will probably not know about chain oil. The instructions do not even address it. Should do a lot better with your manual. Also, the chain does loosen up rather often, but not enough to hinder the use of it. Overall I am impressed!!!

Extremely easy to use. Just charge it and start sawing. Works great on small to medium size branches. Surprising power.

Although I did receive the wrong one (I ordered the teal and received the orange) I'm pleased with this tool. I was not charged any differently. It works well, but the chain did fall off after an hour of work. The chain was easily reset and I was able to continue trimming up.

The saw is powerful for cutting smaller branches and limbs and it cuts well. I have used it twice so far and so far okay. I like the saw as It comes with 2 batteries and 2 chains as described. However it came with a small one page instruction not in English I am not sure what language it is written in?? I am familiar with chain saws so I could manage, but for a first time user it would be helpful to send a better instruction written in English primarily for safety reasons. In addition the chain becomes loose after 2 to 3 cuts of small diameter of 1 to 3 inches??

Bought this little chain saw to remove a small tree on my property. Right size for my needs. Reading the reviews other customers mentioned not to try forcing the chainsaw but let it cut through the limb gradually. Even going slow, the saw gets stuck in the limb. Would still recommend the purchase for those who don't have many limbs to remove or just small limbs. Easy and compact.

Instruction manual was not complete . Obviously, it needs some kind of oil to use the mini chainsaw , but there was no mention of it in the manual. (Inside the case, there was a small EMPTY plastic bottle with a cap on it - obviously a container to be filled with some kind of lubricant. The "booklet" included DOES NOT even mention anything about a lubricant. So, what is the answer as to why this info is not included?). Also, the unit received does not even match the picture on the front of the "booklet". I don't want to try and use this mini chainsaw if I can't find out what lubricant is needed for usage - otherwise I probably would BURN UP the motor and my money would be wasted on this purchase.

I wanted a small, powered trimmer for some light pruning. This one seemed to have a lot going for it. Manageable size, and weight. However, those are the only positives I can find to say about this so-called mini chainsaw. It had an extra chain, which might have been a good selling point, except that both were so dull that they were virtually worthless. I managed to trim two small limbs about the diameter of a dime. I could have broken both with my hand faster than this saw cut. With less than 5 minutes of operation, the handle started to smoke with a strong smell of burnt wiring, so I quit using it. I changed the battery several days later and tried to use the saw for the second time. Within moments, it started slowing down with a heavy smoke and smell. Realizing it was fried, I quit and got out a hand saw. The only possible use I could see for this saw is to use it as a weight to help sink a fishing line,(And that is without the battery) It is useless, worthless, and a 100% waste of money.

Too frustrating,not a useful tool ! InComplete Directions-Not Understandable,parts not reliable,can not use successfully-rattles apart- poor batteries-insufficient charge !BIG DISAPPOINTMENT 😥 Garbage
