UNTIMATY 6 inch Mini Chainsaw with 2 Batteries and Case Cordless Electric Handheld Chain Saw Battery Powered for Wood and Tree Branches, Orange

Lightweight, easy to use, 2 rechargeable batteries (and charger). I used it to cut about 200 linear feet of tree limbs - ranging from 1" to 8" in diameter - into 15"to 18" lengths. I had to recharge the batteries several times - but that was no problem, as I had to recharge myself every 15 minutes! [I am an 82-year old man, so a beer and pee break is needed every 1/4 hour]. The saw stops if it gets too hot, but you can let it sit for 5 minutes and continue. The manual does not give clear instructions on how to adjust the chain's tension. But there is a small cross-screw below the blade for that. The unit comes in a handy plastic carry case, with a spare chain. The chain I used is still as sharp as when I started. The carry case also includes is a pair of adjustable protective glasses and gloves, and the tools needed to adjust tension. A great little saw. I recommend it - especially for the price.

Easy to use, works well, battery life is good. I was skeptical purchasing this tool, I'm glad I took a chance on this product. Great for cutting tree branches up to 6 inches thick, it's light %26 it works, it's great for small projects. It does what it says it does. This hand battery chainsaw saved me a lot of time. I'd recommend it.

i was really sweating this purchase. so many bad reviews. but, i figured for the price it was worth a shot. Well manufactured. very easy to use. the instruction 'manual' is a little suspect but its a pretty grab and go item. got quite a but of oak branches cut up on one battery life. batteries recharged no problem. all in all a good little saw. i mean, dont try to cut a huge tree down. haha. but it will make light work of the branches.

My wife had some heavier brush limbs to cut, too much for lopers. I bought her this for Valentines day. You gotta love a woman who loved a chain saw for a Valentines gift

Looks like a toy on first appearance. I finally used it and it cut through branches with ease. The very short 6 inch bar and chain cut through branches 4 inches thick. Keep the chain sharp and oiled, it'll do well as a q uick handy tool for moderate work. My only concern is where to buy replacement batteries?

I have not used a chainsaw before and my husband has been sick and thought this would be an easy saw for me to learn how to use.

The only reason I would and have given this product, a poor rating, is because I have never received this product…. That is why I have another one that I purchased. I don't know how this product does or doesn't perform, unfortunately. Given the opportunity to rectify up to five stars, I would gladly take it.

I have bought and now returned 3 of these. All 3 had defective 20V DC motors. Mfgr. uses a DC motor with brushes and without thermal protection and it is not heavy duty enough to handle this 6" chain saw application. Each one worked great for a day or two then the motor burnt out. Spend another $ 10 or $ 20 and get a different one with a brushless DC motor with motor overheat protection.

To put it mildly, garbage. This item should not be sold on Walmart's web site. Motor started smoking after installing the battery that barely slides into the device and depressing the switch. I saw a few other reviews where this has happened to other consumers and thought maybe it was a fluke deal. NOPE! FIRE AND SAFETY HAZARD.

I had this for one day before it died. I tried to contact customer service twice and have received no response.
