twice surprised
I THOUGHT I WAS BUYING A RYOBI BOY DID I GET A SURPRISE , SO BEWARE. I gave it a try anyway %26 I was pleased with the way it worked, but I still want a ryobi.

I have not used the saw so this is not a review on the saw. This is a review on the user manual. The manual that I need to add lubricating oil prior to using the saw. The saw that I received does not have a place to add lubricating oil. I don't know if I need to lubricate the chain while using the saw and there isn't a web site or phone number to contact for information.

Very flimsy… I was disappointed that it will only cut very small branches and the chain won't stay on. Not worth the money I paid for it!

Packaged very poorly.
It looked like a good buy, except there was no oil inlet, and no charger was in the box for the batteries.
