l was very pleased and happy with item. Well built, heavy duty, sturdy, easy to put together, can hold alot of clothes, 2 rows at bottom for shoes, sneakers, etc. Price very reasonable. l will purchase in future if need be. Can't go wrong great product.

It didn’t take a huge amount of time to put it together. Sturdy and good quality for the price. No missing pieces or anything. I only have four stars because there were no instructions just basically a picture of what it should look like. It fires a good amount of clothes and I like that it has storage on the bottom.

Light weight. Not enough room for 2 rows of normal size hangers. Pic is very decieving. Hangers overlap by a quarter to a third of the hanger. Can't use both rows together without intertwining clothes. Won't hold weight of adult clothes. We are using normal size plastic hangers with a skinny 9 year old's clothes. Made very cheap.

So I am trying to put this toghter right now and right away the second step, i run into a GIANT problem. The allen wrench they give you to put it toghter with is at least one size too small. There for I cannot finish it. Unfortunatly I ended up cutting the box the long way to open it so returning it is not really an option. I guess I guess i have to buy a set of allen wrenches now... I can even give it a good product review cause I cant use it yet..

One part of the product was duplicated with another part missing and I was unable to complete assembly to use the garment rack. Walmart customer service responded that someone from the manufacturer would be in touch in 48 hours and it’s been 5 days. How can I get in touch with the company that packaged this product incorrectly and enjoy my garment rack? Such a waste of money and time.

I ordered this rack to temporarily hang clothes from the closet while cleaning the closet. About 4 hours after hanging clothes (not overloading) on the rack, the taller of the two hanging racks snapped and all clothes fell to the floor. The shorter of the two racks did not break. Overall the metal is thin and should not be advertised as “heavy duty”. I do not recommend this item to be used as a cloths rack.

It broke after 5 days, not strong enough, not sturdy

The product came to my neighbors and it was opened I have pictures of it. Also, missing hardware. How do I return it and maybe get a new one delivered to my house and unopened.

If I could put negative stars on this, I would. It is extremely flimsy and not sturdy at all. Used it one time and it literally broke when I hung clothes on it. Very disappointed.

arrived with two holes on each end of the package. flimsy cardboard as well. cant talk for the item quality since i still need to build it but the shipping condishion isnt a good start.
