love this rack having a rented house with no closet space and lots of clothes working in retail. It's not like the other cheep racks out there even though it's super lightweight it stays in place and holds both rack weight.
I ordered the gold two tier clothes rack. It is strong. Taller than I expected but that's not a problem at all. It definitely has organized my clothes.
Easy to assemble. Fit perfect in small room and held a lot of extra clothes.
Item as described. I bought two. They were perfect for my needs although they might not be heavy-duty for someone else's needs. Good value for the money!
this shelf system seems to be quite sturdy, but unfortunately i did not receive the correct parts in order to fully assemble the structure. I received 4 J and 2 I pieces so i could only assemble 2 of the 3 shelves.
In my experience and environment. Plastic plastic crack and stability of product is lost I need all parts to be metal Thank you for taking the time to listen to my constructive comments
Was missing a part to attach top shelf when realized was 3/4 of the way putting together. Was given 2 of the same parts instead. Called Walmart but could not send just the part, wanted me to return the item. Explained it was almost together. Rep offered to refund me. Never received the refund and when I called, they said they had no record of it. They still wanted me to return it they put me on hold, and then I was disconnected. At this point I gave up. Customer service was very unprofessional handling this problem usually not the case with Walmart.
Not good for adult shirts needs to be higher so shirts can hang correctly, probably good for kids clothing.
The picture is very deceiving. The height of each rack is too short. It is nothing like the picture displayed. The only way a shirt would clear the bottom is if it was children's cloths. For adult sized cloths, its about 6 inches too short, you will absolutely have to fold the bottoms of every shirt you hang by about 6 inches. Huge disappointment.
Very flimsy part of the wheel fell apart now it won't roll right.
