It came in a timely manner, and by getting this remote it saved me having to buy a complete Roku package to get just the controller.

Disappointment
The on-off function works, but the volume control does not. Also, to get this remote to work, you have to place it side by side with the old remote. If the old remote is not working, then the new one does not work.

Buttons unresponsive and sluggish
I bought this remote, but I don't recommend it. It does have all the functions it claims to have, including on/off, volume, and mute. However, the buttons are very unresponsive when you're trying to select the guide or select a program from the guide. You have to press the same button multiple times and sometimes that doesn't even work. Very annoying.

Remote arrived on time. Easy-to-use. however, it's unable to connect with TV for volume. Remote feels generic made and feel it may last long.

I guess I got a bad one. The only thing that worked was the ok button. No volume, no power, no channel. Very disappointing
