The packaging need to improve
The movie itself is great. I had this movie when was younger and I gave it away when I moved to here. Now I purchase this Blu-ray for my baby boy. The first time it arrived with a lot of scratches on the Blu-ray disc. I asked for a replacement and the second one arrived with a broken case. Because the Blu-ray disc is ok, I took the movie without contacting Walmart for another replacement. I think the packaging and the shipping quality need to improve.

UP Excellent movie. Does not bring DVD
The movie is a very good story. At 30 years old and I love to see her, now with my children. It has a nice time message. The only but that I put is that the case had been tampered with, it arrived sealed but when opened it had a destroyed plastic of the film's barcode inside, that was strange, the digital code paper was messy. For digital use it works perfectly. My surprise was that it does not bring DVD, it had 2 BLU-RAY discs, which disappoints me with the information on sale, since I like to have digital for use in the applications of televisions at home and DVD for my car for when we leave home. Although I have a BLU-RAY player at home, obviously 2 discs are of no use to me. So I have to make another purchase to get only the DVD to use in my car since it is not compatible with BLU-RAY.

Disappointed with my purchase.
Pretty disappointed with this purchase. The movie is great, but the item was not functional at all when I got it. First off, the digital code didn't work. Fine, at least the disc versions will work, right? No, both the Blu-ray and DVD didn't work. For starters, it takes a while to actually get to the menu. It just remains on a black screen for nearly five minutes before it starts playing trailers. Finally, after getting to the menu and hitting play, the movie freezes, skips, and doesn't sync with the audio at all. I attempted to clean the disc to see if it would fix it, but no luck. All in all, I'm very disappointed with my purchase. I can't tell if I got a bad copy or not, but I likely won't purchase it again.
