I’m the past I have taken probiotics in a powder or pill form, and while it helped, the overall experience of taking the probiotic wasn’t very enjoyable or pleasant. Please know that my 6 bottles came fast and efficiently however, they all had an expiration date of April 2023 ( 2 days from now). As I ordered ahead, the product might be deteriorating over time in terms of effectiveness. I would not order more than one bottle due to this.
