I have been through many of these locks.. and this by far is the best it comes with everything I need and works wonderful even from afar. I didn't have to buy anything extra for it.

Very easy to set up.Able to set code up different code for every person at house hold.it gives you the time and which person open the door. able to lock the door with the app.The app has a setting that is automatically locks the door.

Absolutely love it! Came nicely packed. Easy to install. I did have some technical difficulties to set up my own password but I called the number in the box for customer service and got helped. I liked how the agent took his time to explain and help me step by step until I got everything set up. Extremely thankful!

Great product with lots of features which makes locking and unlocking doors so much more convenient.

Very touchy. Takes me a few tries to get it to unlock due to pad….when I press one number it actually presses the number next to it. Have to be dead on the number. Replaced with the fingerprint version.

My lock did not work. I tried calling the number listed in the manual, and tried emailing the company. Fortunately, Walmart gave me a refund.
