This chair has all the features I was looking for. The delivery was excellent and the packaging was efficient. It took some days of airing out my house to remove the gasses as it is rather a large piece with components made of leather and PVC materials. I have cats who sometimes like to sink their claws into my cloth recliner, which is the reason I needed a hard shell outer material. I had to make room for it out of the way as this is not a chair that should be used for casual seating. I am considering using a dust cover when not in use to protect the components and to keep dust from settling into the crevices. I feel very fortunate to have this equipment available in my home. The air bags are amazing, the foot roller is fantastic, and the track length goes straight to my sciatic nerve, the reason I needed this chair. I just discovered the voice command and that makes it even better. It's perfect for everything I needed in a massage chair.
This chair is pretty amazing! I have only had it 2 weeks now and have used it everyday since. I had to figure out the voice prompt timing but once I did that made all the difference. A slight pause after the AI responds to your command and that usually works like a charm. Great purchase.
Great chair for the price the 3 or 4D is what you should get as it is the newer technology. I use a pillow in the lower back part as it almost bruised my pelvic bones. I am 6 ft tall and others in my family are not bothered by that so it might be a height issue. The base of the skull massage is. it as comfortable either. Overall my family is very satisfied with it and use it daily. it has held up well but it just barely fits a 6ft 250lb guy, so hopefully that helps you decide if it is right for you.
It's a good massage chair. I'd buy it again. Here are my pros and cons. Pros: 1. It's real leather. The smell of rawhide adds to the experience. If you're shopping for this chair make sure to confirm the description states the material is leather. It makes all the difference. 2. The speakers are decent quality. Makes for a very enjoyable massage when you connect your phone and play your favorite music. 3. My wife loves it. Seeing her relax in it makes it worth every penny. 4. The rollers go all the way down your backside. I mean, all the way down. When the rollers first got down there it made for an interesting experience (male here). Now that I've gotten a little bit more used to it I actually find it very relaxing. Cons: 1. The leg extenders are just spring loaded. This is my biggest gripe. I don't know if my chair is defective or designed this way but I have to keep pressure on the leg extenders when the chair is reclined or they spring back up causing my knees to rise up. At this price point, I would expect the chair to keep the leg extenders set to the user's height. 2. The main control pad is not touchscreen. You have to use the keypad to toggle through the different settings. It's 2025. Let's get with it China. 3. The USB port charges ultra-slow so it's pretty much worthless. 4. The "AI" voice control is pretty much worthless. Not a huge deal but there is absolutely nothing "AI" about it. It's good for pausing or resuming your massage, raising or lowering the backrest and not much else. 5. Forget about the user's manual. Some things just don't translate well so you're better off just experimenting to see how the chair works best for you.
This arrived assembled. It works great, but gets mixed reviews from the household. Two people absolutely love it, and one say it is good, but a bit painful at the crest of his hips. The last one actually got bruising at the iliac crest and doesn't like it all! The height of the reviewers spans from 5' 1" to 6' . The shortest ones like the chair the best.
It's a very nice chair. I use it one twice a day only drawback it seems like it sits a little narrow for a chair that should take up to 300 pound person but still worth the value.
I sent an email on December 9 stating issues with this chair. The intensity of the rollers is way too high and causes pain in my feet and lower back. I also showed a picture of a nut that fell out of the chair two days after I received the chair. I also explained there is a bolt that is digging into the plastic housing under the seat of the chair with pictures of the bolt and scraps in the plastic. The response I received was to ask for a video. I have no way of taking a video of the inside of the bottom of the chair while it is operating. Additionally, I am concerned about what is now not properly attached inside the chair due to the nut coming out of the chair onto my carpet. I want to return the chair and get my money refunded.
1st order was destroyed by carrier and delivered sideways on pallet. Clearly damaged. Carrier then lost it on trip back. 2nd shipment was double stacked sideways but fortunately not damaged. Walmart really drug their feet in forcing me to reorder vs reship chair. But only would work on credit after 3 separate times being contacted. Overall reasonable value. SL track fits body curve after auto measure. App is poorly designed. Fit and feel of chair decent for price. Foot massage only on bottom. Air bag only for calves - no roller. Also on the “electric footrest extension”. VERY misleading in description. Nicer chairs have electric telescoping footrest. This has electric “lift” for footrest but a “spring loaded” telescope on footrest. Speakers are super tinny and cheesy. Overall just happy it works and hope that it doesn't break in first week.
Purchased chair as a gift for Christmas. It took forever to receive it, no delivery options to narrow the time on the delivery date and it was damaged when I received it. The side panel was broken prior to delivery. I contacted Walmart about replacing it. They have promised several different ways that we could handle this but ultimately we were told that we can return it, they refund my money after the chair is returned and I can repurchase it at the current cost, which the cost is higher now. They would not allow me to repurchase it at the same price I paid for it on sale. Unfortunately, they promise things that are only good until the end of the chat. “Great job Walmart, continue delivering quality products and great customer service”, said sarcastically. I will give my money to another company, one who backs up what they promise. (I have screenshots as proof of what they have told me and continue to lie to me and be very misleading.
Bought in November 2024 Heater stop working within 7 months then massage chair will not turn on with error code 014. tried reaching out to Upgo fitness via email without any response. Company website does not work, customer service number forward you to a voicemail that is full so i could not leave a message. its now middle of August Walmart representatives has been working hard to contact the company but with no luck.
