Great chair at any price

William March 5, 2026

I bought this for my wife to replace her 10 year old massage chair. She loves this chair especially the foot massager. There have been times that she has fallen asleep in the chair just to you how comfortable this chair is. Based on her reaction I would give this chair 10 stars.

This is a great value, we love it. it is perfect for my wife %26 I. we are under 6', so we fit in it just fine. if you are 6' or over, you may be too big for it. Check the dimensions before buying it: (IE: shoulder width, hip width etc.) Also, check shipping Returns! You may be responsible for shipping cost if you Return it. I took out 3 yr warranty on this chair.

Since received this chair, I sleep better, I feel better, and my anxiety is more manageable. I'm moderately claustrophobic so the first few times were rough, but now, 20-40 minutes in this chair is parr of my nightly routine!

machine will NOT turn down the pressure on the back rollers. Tired rebooting it. Didnt help. Couldnt reach manufacturer to send it back !! Luckly I ourchased the Extended Warranty bc that the Only way Walmart was going to take it back. So Im out $60. bc rhey used my extended warranty and now i cant return it. They should Force the Vender to pay to take it back. NOT THE CONSUMER !!!

There is no manufacturer information, no identifiable brand, no warranty documentation, and no visible safety certification. For an electrical massage chair, this lack of transparency is unacceptable and highly concerning. A product without manufacturer traceability and recognized safety certification should not be sold to consumers. Buyers deserve basic information about who made the product and whether it meets U.S. safety standards. If zero stars were an option, I would choose it. Even one star feels too generous.

Poor customer service by manufacturer and extended

RJ May 23, 2024

Can't get a correct number to contact the "manufacturer" to have a replacement or repair made to defective leg massage portion of chair which failed and let the airbag out of the side - Walmart can't give me correct contact info - phone number rings, goes to busy and cuts off - email given is never opened by manufacturer - protection plan thr Allstate won't cover it because chair is "too new" -

Disappointment

Pete April 14, 2024

You cannot relax on the chair. The rollers intensity cannot be adjusted. It didn’t come with an owner’s manual or any model number marking so that we can confirm we received the right one or look it up online. Overall, extremely disappointed with the quality of the massage chair.

Not a great massage chair

QDaddi September 22, 2025

My mom has a massage chair. My wife and I sometimes use it when we visit. Figured we would get one of our own. Decided to purchase this one after some research. Upon delivery I was able to get this thing out of the box, and assembled within 15 minutes by myself. Turning it on was confusing. There's a child lock. The instruction says to hold the child lock for 5 seconds. Nope. You have to hold the power button on the side for 5 seconds. Once it started. Can't even turn it off. I noticed the "controller" or control panel was not backlit. Just the middle portion. Even the right side isn't backlit, so make sure you have some lighting otherwise you're going to have a hard time with reading anything. The roller on this machine is painful, even with the pressure adjusted to a lower setting. It's REALLY hurts around the tailbone area. The pillow is laughable, don't call it a pillow. It has other features such as blue-tooth, phone charging pad, USB port, and built in speakers for music, but all of that is useless when I'm not even able to enjoy my massage. Which is the whole purpose for this purchase.
