This chair is literally the BEST PURCHASE I've made all year! The shipping was incredibly fast and assembly was a breeze! It's pretty much all put together except for 1 piece. My family and I never have to worry about going out and getting a massage anymore because this chair literally massages you from neck to feet!!! I would recommend having at least 2-3 people to help move it around it is extremely heavy but completely worth it! 100% recommend whoever is reading this I would definitely purchase while it's still on sale. This chair works better than the $3,000 chairs!!! ☺️

I LOVE UPGO MASSAGE CHAIRS! This is my second one and I love it as much as my first. It looks amazing and futuristic. It beautifies any room you put it in and it becomes an instant conversation piece when company comes over. The hard part is getting people out of it once they try it. LOL The first thing I do in the morning is spend a half hour in the chair. It has a WIDE VARIETY of massage programs and techniques, plus manual options, but I've never actually tried anything manual, I just go with the pre-programmed massages. I can never decide which one I like best, because they're all amazing.   Due to a back injury, my back is so tight I can barely walk. But after a half hour in the chair each morning,  I can feel my stress melt away and it soothes my tight back, making it nice and loose and ready to face the day. Then at night, after my “get ready for bed" routine, I spend another half hour in the chair, unwinding while listening to "Spa" music through the built in Bluetooth speakers (they sound great) and I can feel the sleepiness creeping up, then I go to bed and sleep like a baby. It has a ton of features. Voice control, app control, and best of all, it has a backlit control screen! It also has heat for your back. In case Walmart didn't fix the ad that says it has Auto Extendable Footrest, it doesn't. It's manual, meaning you physically push it down with your feet. Something else that is different, just so you don't think it's a malfunction, the arm cushion massagers alternate when they inflate and deflate. This is so one arm is always free in case you need to adjust something. A word about the UPGO COMPANY. I buy a lot of stuff online and I have NEVER interacted with a company that cares so much about their customers. UPGO not only responds to your inquiries, but they respond in a timely manner and they really care about your needs. They bend over backwards to resolve any issue and answer any question you might have. I'm so beyond impressed with them. They've earned a customer for life.

This is the best chair! We use it daily. Came packaged really well and unpacking it was easy. It is simple to use and it gives great massages. I like that it has different settings so you can adjust the type of massage you want as well as the intensity of it. Overall very satisfied.

The voice for the command replies is very mechanical and harsh. The Bluetooth speakers are not of the best quality but get the job done. The rollers can be a bit strong at times but I am amazed at the complexity the rollers are capable of performing. Overall for the money I feel this is a great value

Overall the massage chair is very good and we are pleased with our purchase so far. We believe we received good value for the money, especially since we bought it on Cyber Monday and saved more with the discounted price. The massage is somewhat rough on the body, so we use foam cushions between our body and the rollers to reduce it. We also don't seem to be getting any heat when we activate the heat setting. Other than that, my wife and I think its great.

Delivery was wonderful. Once I plugged it in the chair was ready to go. the control panel is easy to read and modify your massage to where it's personal. I enjoy the ease to connect to the bluetooth so I can listen to calming sounds while getting my massage. I've only had my chair for 4 days but it's easy to use, the delivery was great and so far no complaints.

Would be easier if you didn't need your smart phone to operate or it would operate independently without it.

The Massage chair looks nice and durable. The assembly is kind of easy but took me a long time to pull the zippers on both sides. There're not much space for my fingers to get in to pull the zipper. Haven't try to experience the massage chair yet. The delivery is good. One exception is the box was damaged with a big hole. The bottom front panel got massed up and hopefully there's no damage on the internal rollers or electronics . Beside that, there's a cosmetic issue - small scratch on the sidewall. Deciding return or not.....

the actual quality of message and features 5star 2 stars because it is apparently ONLY compatible bluetooth functions or remote or operation wireless MUST BE APPLE device unless you go and down load another few apps and some other things to be able to use with android device so you need to be some what tec savey ....customer service Forget about it not happening !!! so if you dont care anout any of the wireless functions or own an apple phone then it is a great chair love who it functions and diff settings 5 star on that

Not really as it was described. The app is very bad and low quality. You can't even sign up, and after that not working well. The voice AI is very limited to a few words! On top of that, I had the worst experience with the delivery company! The worst customer service ever!
