Misleading/false marketing
Several false information provided 1) its not a 4D chair, it has fixed point rollers 2)the heating is so light that you can hardly feel anything 3)it doesn't reach to hip, hardly through the lower back. I have requested return of this item.

This chair did not have the features it says it does I needed buttocks massage and it did not have that also the thai stretch feature does not exist, we returned it for the brown model which is a little more price wise but way better of a chair.

I ordered this for my hisband for Father's Day. Two months of having it and the power / tablet quit working. I contacted the manufacturer, but plan on returning it. Disappointed 😞
