Upgo 4D SL Track Massage Chair with 3 Zero Gravity Modes, APP Control,Leather

Just received so still trying out. This was a gift for husband who loves it! It hits every place needed. He likes it better than the one he found at a furniture store. So far, so good including quality. Also, easy set up.

This massage chair works pretty well. I appreciate the pressure and motion. The pressure is intense. The lower back does have a noticeable increase in pressure, but it's not uncomfortable for me. The foot rollers did take some getting used to. However, I appreciate that, but I do like a deep tissue massage when I go to a masseuse. The chair has a lot of different settings, making it easier to hit desired areas. The preset massage settings are okay, I like to use the manual settings. The shoulder massage in the presets is one I use often. The airbags work well and have a decent amount of pressure. One of my peeves is that the display tablet moves every time I try to use it when it's in the brace. so you have to hold it in place. It's not a huge deal. Unpacking the chair was easy it came in one box. The chair is really heavy so I suggest a minimum of two people. I have had the chiar for a little over a month using it every day. I have not had any problems so far. The manufacturer of this chair did not choose a good shipping company. The shipping company is painfully slow. The chair sat in the shipping warehouse for almost a week and a half before I received an update. Moving slowly through the network. When it arrived It didnt have a ton of damage to the box, and surprisingly, there was no damage to the chair. I did have a bit of a scare when I turned on the massage chair for the 1st time, and the display tablet turned on. When I touched the screen, the back lighting looked severely cracked. After turning it off, then back on, I haven't had any other issues. Overall, I am extremely happy with the massage chair.

It has a variety of preset programs and then manual ones that you can customize more. It doesn't massage your calf at all. Your feet, butt, back %26 neck are massaged. It is a massage and not just a vibration %26 the intensity can be adjusted too. Everyone seems to like it so far.

Delivery was a nightmare %26 took 2 weeks to receive. But I'm very happy with the chair. Easy set up. Settings not easy to understand or remember. Auto settings are great. Wish there was an easier way to get in %26 out of chair for us old people but once in it feels great.

I love this chair!!!! I suffer from chronic pain. This chair is like a form of therapy. It does stretches light massages but the deep sleep massage is the best. I love the AI and then I can speak to her and tell her what type of massage I want or to decrease the rollers and increase heat! I'm in total bliss, this chair is everything I didn't know I needed!!!! I can't stop smiling. Also bringing it into the house was a total cinch. It came in with ease and the back rollers made it easy to maneuver. . My friends got to try it out also!

Good massage chair. I expected more for the price though. I wanted a 4D and paid more because of it. It definitely needs cushioning on your back. I like strong massages and this chair is simply unbearable without a pillow. My favorite part is the foot massage. Everything else is pretty basic. I think I could have gotten a similar product for much less if I wasn't so obsessed with a 4D.

U can't c it from the ad but there was no cushion in the center of the chair. The quality was ok. The rollers were so painful on my spine b/c there's no pad. I had to return it. Even on level "1" was too much pain. A younger thicker person may be able to tolerate it. Speaker on Right side only. Little to no heat on the legs. I put my own cushion in the center, then i couldn't feel the heat at all on my back. My reason to was for my back.
