The Pilates reformer is high quality and takes less than 10 minutes to assemble/set up. It does take two people to handle unboxing and unfolding because of the weight unless you're a really strong person. It's much easier with two people. Be sure to put the springs over the bar not under, you'll definitely hear the difference. The noise is very low and the glide is very smooth and stable. The kick board is large and it's not flimsy at all. The folding legs are strong and the height of the platform is great, easy on and easy off. If you're a taller user, you will love it.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this reformer! Of course, it's not like the ones I have used in pilates studios, but it is much better than I imagined it would be. Mine came with not the correct combo of springs, but I emailed the company and they are rectifying that. So thankful to have this way to exercise back in my life!!

These are indispensable for things like falls or bumps or car accident recovery, post-op, post-natal, cross-training, etc. I used it for the first time and though I'm not a PERFECT FIT for the shoulder pegs, it must have been what I needed because my spine cracked afterward while pressuring a trigger point! My spine shifted SO DRAMATICALLY that it shook INTO MY SKULL! I must have released twenty-five years of tension and toxins from old prior injuries. I just started swimming in my head! I've had a surgery and haven't hurt there this badly since I was in the ICU! It was a flash of pain though so anesthesia maybe a little bit of a trigger. I came out from the ICU with mega bruises I can't imagine how I was given. I guess I never will! As with any major adjustment like chiropractic or massage, take lots of time to rest and hydrate to move those toxins out of your body!

Great price and easy to set up. Started using it right away. It's kind of heavy and bulky so 2 people would be ideal. FedEx delivered and left it at the bottom of my porch but I was able to get it in the house myself. It was packaged pretty well.

Love this unit only thing is it's missing the foot strap. Best for small spaces like mine, after a few uses I was able to figure an easy way to fold and put it aside after use.

There's a hole not drilled properly. this pin wont go in easily like the others. I had to force it in. Also the springs do not match the picture. i have 2green, 2 red and 1 yellow so i have no idea how much weight they are. The straps are thin but easily replaced. Its very heavy and sturdy, only a bit of squeaking from the springs. Overall satisfied with the quality for the price.

I recently started Pilates reformer to help with knee surgery and I fell in love with the technique so much that I bought this machine. It was easy to set up. It was sturdy and reminded me of the machine that I used in an actual class. I've seen reviews that you couldn't shorten the ropes on straps on it, but the one that was delivered to me yes, you can shorten it. The reason why I'm giving this an overall four is because not any fault of the manufacturer, but while in route to delivery one of the wheels on the bottom that you use to move the machine while folded was damaged and it's not fixable. The video showing you to set it up was fantastic. It literally took less than 10 minutes to get all the moving parts put in place and for me to take it for a spin. One complaint I do have is that when the bed is sitting at rest sometimes the springs fall below the bar where they rest on, and I have to go searching for it to attach it.

This Pilates Reformer is a great budget option for new Pilates users looking to build strength . We were able to assemble it via the instructions within 30 mins. I like that I can adjust the spring and tension bands to fit my workout needs. The reformer folds up for easy storage. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that my arm/leg loops are a little too long and that makes some of the reps a little awkward. I am 5'4” for reference.

The rope is long and there is part of the machine is broken and torn off. It is still affordable and useful for beginners and it is easy to assemble. There are helpful guides and exercises tutorial .

Unfortunately this product didn't workout for me. When it arrived, the wheels on the bottom were completely smashed. When assembling it, we couldn't put the safety pins in place once the legs and the carriage were unfolded because the holes didn't line up. So when using it, it would rock and it wasn't stable. The spring are incredibly weak compared to the ones used in studio. As someone who can barely do a push up unassisted, I was able to do almost any arm workout on the reformer with ALL of the springs on. So the leg workouts weren't really doing much. The pulley system and the ropes are also not that smooth. On a positive note, the seller did offer to send a new reformer since the wheels were completely smashed but I passed on the offer since the springs are my main issue at the end of the day.
