UPGO Stepper

Bernadette December 26, 2024

My new UPGO Stepper with handle is a heavy duty piece of exercise equipment. This is my second shipment as first came without the center hold bar but this one is what I needed! Thank you for the opportunity to have a very functional piece of equipment at an affordable price!

No loud noise and pretty stable

Maria December 26, 2024

I love it. I use it everyday. Mostly at night. It doesnt make loud noise and wont disturb anyone. Use it while I watched my series on tv.

Laura February 9, 2025

It was a bit of a pain to put together but it works pretty good and takes up barely any room.

Stepper

Rickey September 7, 2026

So far I've only used the item a couple of times. I don't like how the foot pedals move from side to side instead of straight up %26 down. Other than that, it seems like a good piece of equipment.

instructions are limited.

Lynn January 1, 2025

The instructions suck. adjustability is nil. You basically have to figure it out on your own. be sure to tie a string to one end of the electrical cord so you can run it thru the length of pipe because it is curly and twisty and won't go alone. thread the wire thru before you attach the main parts that support the handle. the screws that hold the feet caps on the back are facing down at the floor and don't screw completely flush flat so they can gouge into the flooring easily. go ahead and get a 3/4 thick mat, at least for it. a thin one will eventually scratch your floor. you have to pace yourself and not step too deep downward, or the bumpers(more like hard plastic) will slap the bottom back brace as you let your heels down. it isn't great, but it's not awful. get it for under 60, and you are doing fine to have a chance to see what you want out of a stepper. it hasn't leaked anything yet. there is a strange magnet that collects metal from somewhere unknown, honestly. and the triangle shaped adjustment handle on the bottom front leg area does absolutely nothing as far as i can tell honestly.

Don't buy (My Opinion)

Colleen February 26, 2025

I received the stepper and put it together pretty quickly. Then came time to use it…it is kind of hard to do in the lowest setting. It's not quiet it squints very loudly. Then the third day came to use it for 5 minutes and it squeaked and moved so badly I wasn't going to try anymore.

Step Away From This!

poppagee March 24, 2025

At best it's flimsy and feels fragile. Excessive squeaking and squealing with every step I take. Plus, all parts were not included in package including resistance bands.
