Don't fall for the scam. It's not a 330lbs capacity treadmill. User manual has a “user capacity” of 220lbs. Very disappointed that Walmart let this slip through their fingers

1. Customer service number never picks up. 2. This treadmill cannot be used without the remote, it has no manual controls without the remote. 3. Read through the reviews they're about other products very few about the treadmill. False advertising.

Well there is nothing to hold on to and hard to maintain balance I guess that's a good thing there is no incline!
