a total, overall workout. kicked my butt. can only go a count of 10 each time %26 rest for now, lol the seat is hard. i had to put a foam cushion to sit on

Fairly easy to assemble. Plenty of resistance (for me) with all 3 bands in place.

Good machine for a total body workout.

Im happy i bought this trainer. I am able to use it, as im 54 years old. I am just starting to use it, i recommend finding a Youtube video for a routine!

It's a very good machine I just got it yesterday. The instruction pictures could be a little bit clearer and I plan to get a lot of workout time using this machine. So far I like it but I'm sure the more I use it I'll grow to love it

Very disappointed tried to contact the company about missing parts never heard back from them or Walmart will nit be purchasing anything else

I am 5'6” and cannot fit on this machine I have a sunny squat machine and it works perfect and I fit on it perfect I only got this new one because the price was so low and the resistance was higher than my old one, but it ended up being a waste of money since I only used the resistance bands to add to my old bike

The machine is not steady. The screws are coming loose during use.
