After Hurricane Milton the condo in which I live had to shut down the exercise room due to extensive damage. What's a 93 year old guy gonna do. Let me tell you this jobber gives me a better workout than the.elliptical bike in the workout room. My daughter says she loves my routine. ..Set up in front of TV. ..Set up sturdy chair in front. ..Pedal for each period. ..At break when the Zamboni comes out, go to washroom or get a drink, ..This is actually better than plugging in "tunes" and pedaling as I was doing before.

Must have equipment for any disabled/older person that isn't as active. This bike helps with my balance, circulation, and stress. I use it with a rocking swivel chair. Bike is very quiet and you don't even realize you're riding while watching tv/enjoying your morning coffee. I also find it helpful to ride prior to bedtime for sleep. Customer service is the best I have ever received with a product. Originally I had an issue with one of the pedals(being disabled I didn't tighten the pedal hard enough so had stripped out ). Candice is the customer service agent from the company I emailed with. She responded within hours to every question I sent her way and immediately rushed me out the replacement parts. Being a 51 year old disable psych RN due to an assault from a patient and now on a fixed income, I could not afford to buy another bike and had thrown out the original packaging to return it. The bike has tremendously helped with my mental %26 physical recovery with not being as active. Candice went above and beyond when I received the parts but could not figure out how to remove the old parts to apply new pedal. Candice had someone from her work shop make a video on what to do. I was able to quickly then do it myself and have been riding it over a month now 2 hours a day with no issues. I wish all customer service agents had the compassion and work ethic that Candice had. I will definitely buy from this seller again. If only all companies took care of their buyers like this. Thank-you again Candice!!

My wife has a problem with one of her knees and can no longer ride her bicycle particularly on slightly hilly roadways. This is the perfect solution for her to get the exercise she wants.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this arm/upper body exerciser!!! I would never consider switching it, for any other kind! It is very sturdy and it LOOKS great! I am beyond happy with the quality and price!

It's heavy enough that it doesn't scoot all over the place while I'm using it. It also has different levels of tension.

It's easy for me to move and I notice that some people said that it didn't have any tension resistance but that's not true! This is an awesome product I would buy it again!

Nice little exercise bike. The little rubber feet kept falling off so I wrapped a little tape around the metal frame so that they went back on tighter.

I liked it, except for the fact that it moves all over the place when you're trying to pedal, you pretty much have to hold it in place the entire time with the exercise bands for your arms and that can get really hard to do especially for a senior person. so the only recommendation I would have is that there's some type of addition to the bottom of it to keep it from sliding

We did not like this product and we did request a return that required the manufacture contact us . This has not happened so what will happen next is my question?
