Although my tsh tests 'normal', my t3, t4 have consistently been below range over the years. i have tried different supplements to support the thyroid but never moved the needle. since i have been taking their Mg and Trace minerals, i decided to try the thyroid. As an experiment, i took 1 dropper every morning for about 3.5 months before the blood test. To my surprise, for the first time t3 is within range, and t4 tested very good. I can bump up the T3 to be more optimal, so i'll continue to test after increasing the dose. I highly recommend getting solid data to see if it truly is making a difference!
