I recommend this house. It was so cold for a few days, like 18 degrees, and a few of them enjoyed this house.

The cat house was a much better product than I expected. It was easy to assemble, nice looking, and a great value for the price.

Really like. Think cats will also. Haven't used as of yet due to being hot outside. Looking forward to using it in the cool months ahead. Well made.

Putting this cat house together was pretty simple and the directions were very understanding. My only issue is that when you do put it together the house does not sit on the poles properly and it makes the house look like it is larger than the foundation of the house not to mention for some reason all of the legs do not touch the floor so there is a slight wobble. other than that it is a pretty nice car house and there is a lot of room on the inside as I have one mother cat with five kittens and her sister has a small kitten and they are all able to fit into one house. My feral cats love this house so much that they got in immediately after I assembled it and when it's cold outside or raining they stay in all day and I don't have to worry about them leaving to find warm shelter.

Pros and Cons. Pro: The materials are a good quality and it is an insulated house and roof. Not too difficult to assemble and no tools required. Looks very nice. Has a "windshield" over the door which is split up the middle making entry/leaving easier. Great awning over the door. Fairly sturdy, but I don't think the roof could sustain heavy logs falling on it. Also has an escape door with insulated flap which is wonderful! The roof is well attached with velcro flaps but is easy to remove to clean, etc. Cons: It does leak! I put it together properly and we had a good rain and when I checked the inside it was very wet! Also, it sets on a metal frame that the base of the house attaches to with velcro flaps, but the frame was about 1/2 to 3/4 inch wider and longer than the house so that the flaps to attach it to frame only reached the velcro on one end and side and I had to use heavy duty duct tape to attach the other flaps to the velcro. Another issue was when assembling you put the metal frame together which was not hard if you follow the enclosed instructions and then attach the house to it. But the house kept folding in on itself and though I managed it would have been easier with another person helping. I got the extra large (with the gabled roof) but I think only two small to medium cats could fit in it and that might be a little cramped. Another issue I had was one side of the plastic door covering was scrunched up and would not straighten out; however, hotter weather caused it to flatten out so now it is fine. I did contact the seller about the leaking and frame size and they responded quickly and sent me another house. Great customer service! Haven't put together the other house yet, kind of assuming it may have the leaking issue and want to get a heavy duty tarp to put over it first.
