It was way easier to set up since it has clips for the bottom instead of the original shoe string set up. The mesh seems to be made out of a plastic-ish material instead of the original fabric-ish one. Hopefully it'll hold up better to the elements since the fabric one lasted only two years before it sun rotted out. It looks nice and seems more durable than the original.
The net fit well, although I can't say it was easy to put up because I had my two sons put it up, but I'm very happy with it.
We had the net that came with our trampoline and it was attached to the bottom with shoelaces. This one has clamps that make it safer and easier to install.
Shipped quickly, installed easily, and is working out great.

Easy to install, fit perfectly and durable for my 4 kids.
I don't provide all stars unless I'm completely blown away. I am, however, impressed with this item and happy that we purchased it. Our trampoline looks new again and we feel safer knowing the kids won't fall off.
