so my milk felt like it was going away I put this in water and then topped it off with juice it was very great you couldn't really taste it if you put water and juice the next day my milk supply was back 10 out of 10 recommend if you want to increase your boob milk

After seven months of ONLY breast-feeding my milk production had gone down because my baby started to eat and I was only able to pump 1 ounce. I personally refused to go on formula. I am beyond grateful that after two days I was able to see 3 ounce difference which motivated me to take more…After one week I can now pump 5-6 ounces. Definitely keep in mind that you will have to take this with 16 ounces of water (a water bottle) twice a day. Any less water and it taste to bitter. I'd like to add that I took this with a tea that Walmart sells called “Milkmaid Tea” by Earth Mama $6 product. You take 2-3 times a day. I suggest letting it steep 5-10mins before drinking so it can very strong/rich. Regardless it's good.

First time using this brand, I used two packets after purchase per directions on box since I'm again a new breastfeeding mama. I am really dehydrated or it may be an effect while taking it I suggest drinking a lot of water after anyway of taking this and take it with 8oz of juice per directions it tastes better for me . I drank a little over 3 water bottles after taking it . and my milk supply started to increase the same day when I resumed pumping on my normal every 2-3 hr schedule even after a 4- 6 hr spand I have not pumped less than 4 oz again

I do believe these help at least a little with my milk production. And it tatses great too! Only been using them for about a week once or twice daily and I've noticed that the milk comes in a little more fully. I would recommend any mother to at least give them a try, if not for a production boost, then for adding a little flavor variety to the copious amounts of water needed for breast feeding.

I've used these packets, one a day for around 2 months. I have ran out 3 separate times and missing just a day or two my supply drops like crazy. It took me the 3rd time to realize that this product makes a difference. I always attributed it to maybe not eating/drinking enough but I realize that's not the case. I produce usually 3-3.5 ounces total pump in a 30 minute session. While taking these I pump 5-6 ounces total pump in 25 minutes. They don't have the greatest taste but one of the better drink products I've had. Worth trying if you're trying to up your supply.

i did notice it was helping my milk supply but i ended up switching to formula because i just couldn't keep up with the pumping. the taste is awful so DEFINITELY mix it with juice or i just mixed it with a half cup of water and took it like a shot followed by lots and lots of water to get the taste out of my mouth lol

I tried a few different supplements to help with my supply and this one did help! The flavor isn't bad, it's mostly sugar though. If you don't mind taking pills then I would suggest doing that instead since this is basically 3/4ths sugar content. But it was convenient and easy to mix, it wasn't grainy at all when I mixed it into water.

I have seen so many posts and videos in regard to this product significantly helping with milk supply but i am very disappointed i have noticed my supply drop using this product i will not be buying again

The drink is great and really helped with my supply but I will NEVER order online again. My order was delayed for 3 days and my tracking was never updated. When it was finally delivered the box was damaged.

So I didn't realize that a lot of the reviews on this product are years old, so here's an updated one. It smells exactly like it tastes and that is not a compliment. Chugging it down to just see if it would work for me was almost unbearable. It's pretty but does not taste good nor does it work any.
