after my milk production slowed down I needed supplements. I had tried one other supplement before milk flow. I am exclusively breastfeeding and because of milk flow I have made it to the 8th month Mark of breastfeeding which is a huge milestone!! Has totally changed the game for me with trying to keep a good milk supply up. I was eating carbs every time I even thought about food, but now I just take this and eat normal meals and a few snacks, and I am making plenty of milk and also losing weight without even dieting!! Thanks for such a great product. The drink mix was good too but I can make this bottle last a lot longer than drink packets so I opted for this to save money.

I've tried several different brands %26 this one has worked the best for me. It's doubled the amount of milk I pump. %26 I love that you don't have to take a whole bunch of pills for it to work.

Great for what I need it for.

Definitely saw some increase in milk production but recommend you do other products along otherwise result is very minimal (I did cookies and milkshake for lactation production as well). Did notice fennel smell coming from my pores all over my body for duration and at least a week after I stopped taking it.

I took these a handful of times, but noticed that baby and I would get very gassy and uncomfortable after doing so. It was worth it for me to use it that handful of times as it did boost my milk supply and subsequently my confidence, but once I saw that my body was able to produce more milk I decided to stop taking them as the adverse side effects of fenugreek were not worth it for long-term or regular use.

I took the pills for a couple days and didnt notice much of a difference in milk at all. I didnt take them longer for the fact that my baby also stopped drinking as much and would make faces like she didnt like the taste of my milk anymore. These pills smell strong so I can only imagine she could taste them and was not a fan of it.

The capsules aren't for me. I'm only producing 1 oz or barely that since taking them. I was producing 2 oz and sometimes 3 before taking them. Unfortunately I'll have to stop. Also they make me gassy. Really wished they worked for me.
