this product works a little too well. and what i mean by that is if you pump right after you drink and you let the milk sit for any amount of time the alcohol will settle to the bottom (alcohol is more dense than milk) so the top part will test negative if its been sitting still long enough. SWIRL THE MILK first before testing for an accurate test. i drank liqour and pumped about 2hrs after knowing it would most likely be positive but when i tested in the morning (without swirling) top tested negative. i thought weird but okay atleast i have more milk. but when i went to put bottle up i saw faint line 1/2" from the bottom and got suspicious. so retested and it was positive!! please take note of this!!! the test does not work right if the milk has settled!! im sure this is the reason for so many negative reviews on this product but i can assure you it works!!!

Had a couple drinks on New Year's and wanted to make sure no alcohol was in my breastmilk. Easy to use and results within two minutes!! Great product, especially for how many you get!! Thankfully, I had no alcohol in my breastmilk, but it definitely eased my mind!! Phew.

I love this. I am able to have peace of mind while breastfeeding if I want to have a drink or two one night. it's quick and easy to use on spit. I would definitely recommend this to any of my breastfeeding mommas.

This product was ineffective in detecting alcohol in breastmilk. When tested side-by-side against a sample with the Frida Mom test strips this product said the milk had no alcohol present while the Frida Mom showed a positive result. The false negative is concerning considering moms are using this to gauge safety for babies.

I was worried that these weren't working so I tested it in actual beer and there was no reading so it's highly possible that I fed my baby while still having some alcohol in my milk which is upsetting. I follow the 2-hours/drink rule but still, you would expect a product like this to work.

I had a feeling that these were inaccurate after testing so I did a test of my own. I mixed vodka and breast milk together and soaked a strip in the mixture. After the two minutes it was negative even though there was alcohol in the breast milk.

It didn't work the strip said the same when obviously I drank alcohol

You can literally look at a beer and the strips will detect something. Super hard to read anyways. Don't waste your money.
