It actually works. I guess it depends on how bad of an UTI you might have. I try to keep an extra at home in case of an emergency.

I really love this emergency kit. It has everything I need once I am finish with the other products that I have bought. I can't get to my doctor most of the times due to appointment issues, so I have to rely on something else to give me relief from some symptoms that I have on a constant basis.

I was getting ready to take a cruise and I had three UTI's in six months. I started taking Uqora after a friend told me how well it worked for her. Convenient to have tests at home. The two day supply of supplements definitely made a difference and the UTI was more tolerable until I could see my physician after the weekend.

I purchased this product fully expecting to avail myself of all the contents. Sadly, I could use only the test strips. The active ingredient Methenamine, an antibacterial, is contraindicated for people suffering from liver disease. I would not have known that until I spoke to the on-call doctor after testing positive. That's on me—you MUST read the fine print—which is very, very small on the package. There are several conditions that may prevent you from using this product. While the contraindications are noted on the website, few people read the entire entry before purchasing.
