Smoky Salmon Seasoning Surprise
Saw this online and decided to give it a try. It said to use one whole package for 1 lb. of salmon and rub it on all sides. I used 1/2 the packet and did not rub it on the skin (bottom) side...did not see any reason to waste it there! I am glad I did not use the entire packet. I also used a 425 oven setting, to keep it from over cooking and being dry. The taste was a smooth, smoky, mild BBQ flavoring, which I found just perfect for summer.

My Husband would not eat salmon , I am trying to incorporate more seafood in our diet so I tried this seasoning mix and he absolutely loves it!!!!

Super Salmon
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You are going to LOVE this quick and delicious seasoning packet for salmon. I go even further and cook as directed on a foile-lined pan. Voile! No dirty pan to clean and a delicious, impressive meal to serve.
