The unit works great. the only thing is it arrived with a dent in the coils and in the side where valves are located and it was missing the valve cover for the lines. Also I would like to speak to someone about this.

Item arrived dented and does not contain the metal protection cover made to go over the connections where the refrigerant hose lines enter the outdoor compressor compartment. This is probably an area that will rust or decay due to exposure. You can see the unit has the bolt and slots for the metal cover to attach but they did not include a metal cover. I have installed 5 mini splits in different properties and this is the first unit that did not come with such a cover. I cam going to fabricate something for that. Other than that so far the unit does work as intended for heating or cooling. It is a very basic unit. No wifi and only horizontal swing, but it does the job. Maybe you get what you pay for. If it lasts as long as my other mini splits and if it is reliable it would be worth the price.

The item appears to be of good quality. The price i thought was fair up until I got the item and realized a hvac technician is required before use. Also the power cables had no plug end so that had to be purchased and then wired. Said DIY installation and that is not correct as use of the item requires seeking hvac and electrician. Extremely disappointed, I was very excited when I placed the order and now I have asked several times for return instructions still have not got them and I have been told I have to pay $80 return shipping on top of that. So very dissatisfied

WiFi just blinks constantly, when asking shipper how to set up they noted the unit does not have WiFi. ( then why does it blink) purchased 220 model, they sent me 110 model and had me hook up the 2nd hot to the neutral on the unit. Something tells me I will be buying a different one next year.

Bought two of these units. Neither of them would operate on heat. The companies solution was to send one inside unit and one outside unit that they wanted me to install one inside unit on one of the units already installed and if that didn't work install the outside unit on the other to see if that worked. Went to all of the time to do as they requested and still no heat. Finally they just sent me shipping labels for all six components. They at least tried

Paid a Professional Contractor to install. It came on inside the fan, but outside part of unit will not come on. This contractor has installed 3 of these units in Our rent houses, He is competent. He did the site troubleshooting and the unit still will not work.

I would love to give a better review but I only got 1 out of 2 boxes. kind of hard to cool a house with out the outside unit. I am unable to get any information on where it is at.

a mini split heat pump ships in 2 separate boxes. I received box 2 of 2. Box 1 of 2 never shipped. Pretty hard to heat and cool your house with no evaporator to put in the house. I will make appropriate changes to this review if the seller (Manastin) sends the other half of the system.

THIS IS NOT A DIY SETUP, I thought this was going to be not too bad to install, unfortunately that's not the case, I will list the issues with this setup, everything is a different length, also the copper lines are extremely short(under 10 feet), they are also taged in millimeters (not inches), the communication cable/wire is a little over 12 feet, the power cable/wire is 6.5 feet, the power cable/wire is a hardwire setup instead of a plug in setup, there is a very large dent on the side of the outdoor unit, the owners manual is extremely vague, a lot of important information left out, also the outside unit connections are on the left, the indoor unit connections are on the right, the condensation hose is that crappy thin corrugated plastic hose, I am replacing the condensation hose with a clear rubber hose, also I am replacing the copper lines also the wires/cables with the right length, I have a background in remodeling and apartment maintenance, so this won't be too bad to install once I get the right parts, on the front of the manual states "we are not responsible for the cost of you having to have this setup professionally installed" "we are not responsible if installed incorrectly", this is a huge red flag that this is not a DIY setup, I had to take a different approach with the installation of this setup, I did get a refund, I thought I was getting a deal with the price the cost of the parts will be about 100 to 150 dollars, so it's not worth the low price
