I gave a 5 because I love the fill of water at the bottom so anyone can change it, the 3 temperatures is great and the kids understand which one is cold with the snowflake. I love how fast it fills your glass. The only thing I'm not happy with and I'm still trying to figure it out is the particles I see in my glass. I don't know if it was from the water or the machine. So I'm waiting to change my 5 gallon water bottle to see if it does it on the next one. But so far that's the only thing I am not happy with.
I love my new water dispenser. For the money, its high quality and easy to use. Delivery was so FAST and the item treated with care, and delivered right next to my door so I could easily install it inside. I would definitely recommend this item!
It was easy to set up. More complicated than our other one was. It would have been nice to have a light in it. Our box was damaged on the side but was packed good so no damage to the cooler it self.
So far so good. I bought the 2 year All-State protection plan since my old water dispenser crashed and burned within 2 months, outside the 30 day money back warranty
if the manufacture reads them they need to: 1) put a clock on it 2) put a timer on it, very silly to chill and heat the water all night -or- drop the temp for heat or raise it for the chiller set a wake up time etc. 3) give multiple lids, it does not fit my water jugs from home depot, my walmart does not sell filled water jugs
The temperatures work well, I was worried because it was loud the first day but has since been fine. My main complaint is that the cap doesn’t seal to a 5 gallon jug and just loosely sits on top causing your water to taste awful after a while. The best way I could describe it is when you get a glass of sink water before bed and then try to drink it in the morning and it tastes terrible that’s what the water starts to taste like. I use the primo refillable 5 gallon jugs and I know I love that water.
Received item severely damaged it won’t even stand straight because the side is dented in so much was told they don’t do returns when attempting to start return on line worst $143.00 ever spent
I encountered a significant operational problem with the unit. It produced an unexpectedly high level of noise while attempting to function. Moreover, despite my thorough review and strict adherence to all enclosed operating instructions, the dispensing mechanism did not work at all.
I bought it for a Christmas present, when we opened, the water dispenser didn't work properly, water tasted awful, it took like 5 mins to get 4 oz of water then stopped, I tried to exchange it for another one, customer service said I was getting a refund or exchange but I never got a response . I'm not happy with this product, I do not recommend it.
Hot water button stays on and NO hot water. Tried to reset but not working. Love the machine if it worked properly.
