overall the unit is pretty nice we've got the bottle in and easily enough just got to make sure it's not kinked The only thing that I can notice right now is I could use the water a little colder but I'm pretty sure that's an adjustment somewhere that I can make so I still have not yet thoroughly investigating the unit but overall it's a pretty nice for the price it's definitely pretty nice so anyway I recommend it

I did a lot of research when trying to choose another water dispenser. This one had mixed reviews. I took the chance and so happy I did. This one is perfect. Easy hook up, SUPER hot water, %26 I only drink room temp water so that's perfect too. Only down fall is when your house is super quiet you can hear it. Normal daily activity you can't hear it. Highly recommend.

I received my refrigerator December 22 or 23rd and now it is no longer working. I need help. I need another one and I just like it returned and replaced. Can you help me with that?

the seller never got back to me. shipping left on side so oil to pump leak out. i could not get cold water COLD. RETURN TO WALMART FOR refund but was told to take it back home and deal with the seller. SO I JUST LEFT THIS $160 WATER COOLER AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK . NEVER AGAIN TO BUY ANYTHING THAT A SELLER USES WALMART TO SELL ONLINE!

I purchased 2 of these due to plastic tube the water tastes like plastic it is terrible the one I wrote in about was upside down when it was delivered so I never got to use it. The other one was a gift for my daughter. I’m out of my money and can’t use either one of them!!

this was delivered to me a few weeks ago and we have mot been able to get the hot water to work. the cold water side works fine. i chatted with a robot, (for lack of a better wor.. it took my info and promised a response thru email.till date ive heard nothing. I'm extremely disappointed as I've ALWAYS had a good experience with all of my other purchases. please make this right!

This water dispenser has an unbearably loud ringing sound whenever it heats or cools the water. There is also a strong plastic smell in the water in the beginning. We have privately messaged the seller twice before this to return the item, but we haven't heard from them. Unfortunately, we have to write a public review now. Can you let us know how to move forward?

This dispenser doesn’t work. No cold water, no hot water. I can not get ahold of anyone to replace it I just keep getting emails asking for photos of working lights instead of just allowing me to bring it back and exchange for a working water dispenser. Worst experience I’ve ever had and I will never buy from here again. Just want cold water.

Cold water doesn’t work. Company makes it impossible for a return!!! I would not recommend at all!!!
